I can honestly say that the summer break does not change my workout schedule or weight loss efforts at all. The plan remains: I go to CrossFit in the morning Mon-Fri, go for a jog on Saturday, and track what I eat every single day. What I am trying to do is find more activities for the little one and I to do so we are both getting some exercise. The one problem we have is the extreme heat during the day. I just cannot bring myself to do outdoor activities in 90+ degree weather. Unless it involves a pool, then we can consider it.
Clearly, I have not done much sitting at this computer as my lack of blogging proves. There is a great deal of wonderfulness happening, but I am having too much fun enjoying it all to sit down and type it out! I will try to get better.
