Being out of town had me facing some interesting eating dilemmas because choices were limited. I did the best I could with what I had, and even woke myself up early Saturday (despite my comfy, cozy state in my hotel room) to workout. There is nothing like being home and in charge of my own food items and choices however.
I have continued doing the spinning MWF and lifting weights TTHS. I will have to revise my plan once the bootcamp starts. The one drawback to being a trainer: having time for my own workouts!
And now, for one of my favorite exercises, please do not be alarmed or think me to be crazy. But really, I love the good old fashioned push-up. No equipment needed, and no matter where I go, I have all I need to complete the exercise: me. Check it out:

Thanks for sharing the video. I'm trying to think through some exercises that will help my arms. I'm realizing that if I don't do something soon, I'm going to have grandma arms. KWIM?
