Hello friends! I hope the past week has brought you fun in exercise and some healthy eating choices. This past weekend, I was in Dallas for a special event. Friday morning, my friend and I headed out for a nice walk. My friend lives across the street from the Cowboys' training facility and there is a great walking trail near her apartments. We set out and I took notice of a rock wall that lined the path, that happened to be about knee height. Being the trainer I am, we stopped periodically to do one legged elevated lunges, jumps, step ups, split jumps, and all sorts of fun things. It broke up the monotony of walking, and added a nice increase in our heart rates. Be warned! If you are walking with a trainer, you probably will not simply walk. HA!

I should probably email, but maybe others are wondering as well. How do the Advocare products compare to Complete Nutrition products? Both are a commitment and spending is tight for me.
