WLW: Heavy Lifting


What a great week this has been, in spite of feeling a bit of chest congestion.  Since my workouts are being shortened due to some traveling I am doing this week, I am cramming my three resistance training sessions into three straight days.  Today will be day three.  Someone please come lift me off the gym floor.

This week began Mesocycle 3 in the STS series.  High weight, low reps.  Oh man, feel the burn!  Due to time constraints, I am not getting in the amount of cardio work I would like, but such is life.  I would much rather be challening my muscles than doing nothing at all!

Last week, I realized I was eating out of stress and frustration, and that had to come to an end, quickly.  And, it has.  I am daily reminding myself to be conscious of my eating, what I am choosing to eat, and how quickly I am consuming it. 

This weekend, I will be conducting an AdvoCare mixer for one of my distributors.  Yes, I get to travel to speak about health, and how others can improve theirs.  Sweet!  Seriously?  This is what I choose to do for work?  I love it.  I hope you all are taking the time to move your bodies, challenge your muscles, and are choosing healthy, life giving foods.  Be blessed!
