A front row seat to a fascinating conversation between God, Jesus, and other biblical characters answering important questions about life and faith.
A Conversation with God allows readers a one-on-one dialogue with God, his son Jesus, and other important men and women from the Bible as they respond to questions and concerns relevant to the Christian faith. The questions, in some cases hard-hitting, cover issues that have troubled believers and seekers since the beginning of time. Each answer is based on Scripture and written with the warmth and intimacy of a Heavenly Father relating to His child.
Categories and sample questions include:
*God, how can we believe that You created us? *Why weren't all early writings included in the Bible? *How should we prepare for the end of the world? *Jesus, can I lose my salvation? *What will we look like in heaven? *God, does choice extend to abortion?
My own view:
I will admit, I was skeptical when I first received this book (even though I did choose it). However, I found this book to be informative and well written. The answers to the questions asked always include what Gansky believes God would say (based on scripture and Bible scholars), as well as answers from Jesus, the disciples, or other people we meet in the Bible. In my opinion, I believe this would be a good book for new Christians, or as a reference when speaking to others. There was not any new information, for me, or any revelations, but it is well written and I believe it would be a great resource. I am thankful Gansky includes scripture references, etc, in the back so I knew where he was receiving his answers from. Well done.

Hiya Chelle!
I'm glad you enjoyed this book... I was a little apprehensive about it too, considering the press behind the Neale Donald Walsch series of a similiar name.
Hmm... I just may take a look at it too, now.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Greetings!
Books like these always seem to set me off at first also. I see you are a blogger book reviewer. It's been a while since I've done that on my site, mostly because of school. I also see you are an Advocare distributor. Awesome! I am too.
Thanks for the review!
