Sunday evening, the great stomach
Thanks to my AdvoCare vitamins and supplements, I feel great and have my energy back. There is also a complete shifting happening in my eating which I love. I am craving all things healthy and seeing little to no need for junk. Yay!
Let me leave you with a trainer tip for today: don't worry about the scale when you are starting to workout! As your body is changing, the scale won't show those changes all the time. I prefer to take my client's measurements. Pay attention to how you feel, how clothes are feeling, etc. Especially for females, our scale weight will fluctuate thanks to hormones. If you must use a scale, use it one day a week, the same day every week, and in the morning. Then, don't go near it again. Or, just weight yourself once a month. For measurements, redo them every month. It is more important to know how you are feeling, if you have an increase in energy, if you are feeling stronger and are able to do more in your workouts than the number flashing on the scale.
