This picture pretty much sums up how I feel today. Despite the fact some situations are going on that completely break my heart, I sense God in the midst of it all. And it's good to know God is in the midst (as one blog friend wonderfully stated). To add to the joy, we spent the afternoon with some friends after church. It was a time of great food, total laughter, and sweet fellowship. Oh yea, Yahtzee and Uno were also involved in the fun. I laughed and laughed and my soul feels fueled right now.
And to top it off, I am married to one extraordinary man whom I will never deserve, and we are expecting a child soon. Yea, even though there are definitely storms raging, God continually shows me that life is very sweet.

Its neat to hear how God is bringing so much joy in your life. I am so happy for you in all these areas and can't wait to hear about your perspective of motherhood! You will be so wonderful!

I rejoice with you today that you are feeling this way. Even in the midst of trials around us, we can find joy!!!! What a blessing to have a wonderful husband that you can publically praise!
