You know, baby girl got new shoes, and yesterday, I got myself some too. Not that I will be running anytime soon, but it was definitely time for some new shoes.

Yes, they are for running. They're part of the Nike series, and are awesome! I would suggest going to a specialty running store so they can evaluate your foot and gait and recommend the type of shoe you will need.

Nice shoes. Are they specifically for running? I have been trying to find some good running shoes and I have been having a hard time with it.
