We have been making some changes here in our home, and I must say, as each task is completed, things are looking better and better.
Yesterday, I completed painting our master bedroom, and Andy hung the new curtains. Now I am even more excited for the new bed to arrive. The new comforter is going to look amazing! I also moved the furniture around, and even added a recliner in our room. The entire room has a different look to it, and we both love it (bonus!). I am amazed what a coat of paint, new curtains, and moving things around can do for a room.
Tomorrow, I will begin painting the office (which will serve as a guest room). I'm sore from the painting I did the last two days, but then, our room is very large. The office? Not so much. Whew, it won't take half as long as our room did, and I'm not overwhelmed just looking at the room and seeing the walls to be painted. Nice! Once we get our old bed in here and hang some curtains, it too will have a whole new feel to it.
Eventually, I guess we'll have to price and organize all the items for our garage sale. Yikes, it is going to be scary. The pile of stuff in the extra bedroom is about to overtake the entire house! It will be nice to have all of it cleared out, that is for sure.
All these little changes are making a big difference in our home.....and I love it!
