Blog 'o' versary

I just remembered, two years ago today, I wrote my first post! Looking at the post, I had to laugh. There is no, "why I started blogging," "how I started blogging," nothing like that. There is just this post, about being "free." How funny, if you did not know me or know what was going on in my life at that point, it would have been an odd introduction. (welcome to my world: just a little bit odd)

This lovely little blog began two years ago, but it seems much longer. When I first moved to what felt like the ends of the earth, some friends requested that I send them frequent updates because my emails always made them laugh. After a few of those emails, a friend from highschool then told me about blogger, which would help prevent me from having to send out mass emails (which I did not like doing anyway). So, here we are, two years later, still blogging. Cheers.
