As I have mentioned before, I am doing new workouts now. They are rough, but I am enjoying them. There are two cardio workouts that involve all kinds of nonsense, and are easier to do outside due to the wide open space. However, it leaves me looking like a bit of a looney woman as I go through them, and then repeat some of the segments. For instance, today, this is what I did up and down the sidewalk:
UltraFit Sprint Intervals: Level Two
1 Time = 15 min
Repeat Segments 2 & 3 = 25 min
Warm Up (5 Min total)
Moderate jog for 2 min
High knees for 30 sec
Moderate jog for 2 min
Heel kicks for 30 sec
Working Hard (5 Min)
Quick feet for 10 sec into 10 sec sprint, jog back to start
Quick feet for 10 sec into 20 sec sprint, jog back to start
Quick feet for 10 sec into 30 sec sprint, jog back to start
Power skips for 60 sec
Quick feet for 10 sec into 10 sec sprint, jog back to start
Quick feet for 10 sec into 20 sec sprint, jog back to start
Quick feet for 10 sec into 30 sec sprint, jog back to start
Working Harder (5 Min)
Slow 20 sec/mod 20 sec/fast 20 sec
Slow jog for 30 sec
Slow 20 sec/mod 20 sec/fast 20 sec
Slow jog for 30 sec
Slow 20 sec/mod 20 sec/fast 20 sec
Power skips for 60 sec
There is a boot camp workout that has even more fun things thrown in. Yea, I really looked like a lunatic that day, I am sure.
But, don't mind me, just trying to meet some goals here folks. However, if you drive by, would you at least bring me some water?

That is one intense work out, I remember doing sets like that in high school and they are killer. Good luck.
